Shipping & Returns

We ship items through EMS, DHL and Fedex to most countries in the world, EMS our main bid. Most orders for stock items begin the order process as soon online purchase is completed. When we send the package, we will send you the tracking number when it is available. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.


Our goal is to deliver all orders within 5-10 business days after payment is received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will send you to inform you of the likely delay. We give International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature.

Usually we will need 1-2 business days to process your order and arrange the shipment. Your order will be shipped out the next day, or the second day after the payment has gone through. During peak periods, it may take 3-4 days for us to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive order within 6-9 working days in total.

Please note that the delivery time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive the package on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which may be affected by the carrier, delivery location, weather, holidays or wrong / deficient delivery information.


If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, please contact us at our service email address within 8 hours after your order, but we may have to charge you a small handling fee if you can not offer appropriate cancellation reasons. Do not worry! Even after 8 hours, our friendly customer service do everything we can to stop the items are processed and / or delivered, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.


If you're sending the item back for refund / exchange, please contact us first. We can only change shoes or refund your money if you send us the item in original condition (with the original box and unworn outside).

When sending back please use recorded delivery. Attach invoice to the box - it will help us identify you and process exchange / refund faster.

We will refund the cost of sending shoes for refund / exchange only if we sent size / shoes different than booked or if we have done something wrong. Otherwise, the customer pays for the extra shipping cost.

Please note: There are buyers responsibility to buy the right size / color. And we will not refund any money for extra postage costs if the shoes do not fit you or color of the item looks a little different than the screen.

We do our best to give you the best pictures of the product, but the color you see on the screen may differ slightly from the actual color. While describing color, manufacturers we description.
